In the first quarter of 2022, it plans to start work on the first project. This was stated by Mehmet V. Sachaklioglu, founder and chairman of the Bosphorus Development Supervisory Board.

“Construction of our first project will start in the first quarter of 2022. We will start the second project, no less large-scale, at the end of 2022,” Sachaklioglu said in an interview with the Interfax-Ukraine news agency.

He also reported that the company is currently working on projects on four plots of land in the central part of Kyiv, and negotiations are ongoing to acquire three more.

“In Ukraine, we already have a fairly significant land bank. We would not like to name the locations before the start of construction work. I can only say that all the plots are located in the central part of the capital,” Sachaklioglu added.

The company’s first project is a multifunctional residential complex with retail and social facilities.

The Turkish businessman clarified that it is a business-class housing with original architectural solutions, the use of quality materials and well-thought-out infrastructure, planned in harmony with the environment.

“The project has already been developed by our architects in cooperation with Ukrainian colleagues,” said the head of Bosphorus Development.

Sachaklioglu believes that for the implementation of initial projects in Ukraine, about 500 workers are needed.

If necessary, the company can bring highly qualified personnel from Turkey, including management, engineers, architects, builders.

“We are studying this issue from the point of view of the quality of the work and the professionalism of the local staff,” he said.
