Istanbul Tower 205 Levent has been designed and constructed by Zincir Yapı A.Ş., in which our family businesses were majority partners. Metal Yapı Konut and Yesil GYO (real estate investment fund) acted as investors and developers of the project Istanbul Tower 205 Levent.
Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which previously worked on the world-famous and iconic buildings like One World Trade and Burj Khalifa projects, was responsible for the implementation of architectural solutions.
At 220 meters tall, Istanbul Tower 205 Levent is Türkiy’s tallest office building. The 246,000 square meter construction area is made up of 61 floors of towers and podiums on a 21,000 square meter plot.
