Istanbul Tower 205 Levent

Istanbul Tower 205 Levent was designed and built by Zincir Yapı A.Ş., a real estate company in which Saçaklıoğlu family members were the majority shareholders, and the other partner is Yeşil GYO.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which previously worked on the world-famous and iconic buildings like One World Trade and Burj Khalifa projects, was responsible for the implementation of architectural solutions.

At 220 meters tall, Istanbul Tower 205 Levent is Türkiy’s tallest office building. The 246,000 square meter construction area is made up of 61 floors of towers and podiums on a 21,000 square meter plot.

With its high-tech features, panoramic views and striking architecture, Istanbul Tower 205 Levent  is undeniably the most lucrative and unique project to invest in. The skyscraper Istanbul Tower 205 Levent was awarded two awards in the categories «Best Commercial High-rise Building» and «Best Office Development» at the «European Property Awards 2018-2019», one of the most important real estate awards in Europe.

Also was deemed worthy of the «Best Office in Progress» prize at the «Sign of the City» awards organized by Hürriyet newspaper and considered the most prestigious property awards in Türkiye.
