On the occasion of Builder’s Day 2025, Bosphorus Development received honorary awards from the members of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU).
The honorary certificate was presented to Mr. Mehmet Vahit Saçaklıoğlu for his conscientious work, high professional activity and significant personal contribution to the development of the construction industry.
In addition, Mr. Mehmet Vahit Saçaklıoğlu was awarded the Order «Building the Country» for his significant contribution to the reconstruction and development of the housing infrastructure of Ukraine.
The award has been held for 27 years and covers more than 45 different categories of residential and commercial real estate. Regional events are held for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, Great Britain and the Asia-Pacific region.
The European Property Awards International Real Estate Competition is evaluated by an independent commission of 80 jury members – experts in the field of real estate. The jury evaluates such project qualities as design, quality, service, innovation and originality.
The Aqua Florya Mall project won a platinum award in the «Social Responsibility» category at the international MarСom competition in 2013 – the most authoritative competition of projects in the field of marketing and communications in the world;
It was recognized by the ICSC International Council and became a finalist in the «Best European Shopping Center 2013» contest.
Сontender for the «Architectural Symbols of the City» award, organized by the authoritative Hürriyet newspaper in Türkiye.
The MarCom Awards competition is held annually by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (USA) and is one of the largest and most authoritative international competitions in the field of corporate communications.
