From Bosphorus Development and Riel Real Estate Corporation we report that the construction of the residential complex Maxima Residence continues according to plan.
First section: installation of window structures on the lower floors continues. Active facade work is underway: all brackets for further installation of the subsystem have been installed, insulation and bracing are being installed. In parallel, passenger elevators are being installed.
Second section: installation of window structures on the upper floors continues, the perimeter of the floors is actively glazed for further horizontal installation of engineering networks. Installation of the final layer of insulation on the roof is being completed.
Third section: preparatory work for the installation of the grillage is being completed – at the final stage of removing engineering networks from the development site. The foundation for tower crane No. 3 has begun.
