Active façade, engineering, and preparatory works are currently underway across all sections of the complex.
In the first section, façade installation and glazing works continue at a rapid pace. To date, 90% of the window structures have been installed, while ceramic granite cladding is being mounted on the façade. Elevator commissioning works have been completed. At the same time, engineering systems are being installed, including electrical wiring and fire protection systems. Floor screeding works are also ongoing.
In the second section, the installation of window structures continues, with 65% of the glazing area already completed. Engineering network installation remains in progress. Façade works are also actively underway, including the installation of the drainage system and ceramic granite cladding. Commissioning works for the freight elevator have been completed.
In the third section, pile heads have been cut down to the design level, and concrete preparation for the pile cap has been completed. Reinforcement works for the third-section pile cap are currently in progress.
Maxima Residence is currently offering a special promotion on duplex apartments, with a 10% reduction in the price per square meter compared to the standard rate. The promotion has been extended until the end of June 2026.
The project also offers various purchasing options, including installment plans and additional terms depending on the payment format. A 3% discount is available for full payment purchases, while military personnel, healthcare professionals, and internally displaced persons (IDPs) can benefit from additional discounts ranging from 3% to 5%.
