In the first section, work continues on installing elevators, installation of window structures is actively underway (more than six floors are ready), and the roof is being completed.
The laying of storm sewer risers and installation of internal engineering networks are underway, facade work has begun. Construction of commercial premises in the area of the first section is also underway.
In the second section, monolithic works have been fully completed. The masonry of the external and internal walls is in the final stage (95% complete), the installation of window structures is beginning. The concreting of the decorative columns of the rear part of the section has been completed, work on the installation of elevators is ongoing, and preparations are being made for the installation of internal engineering networks.
Dismantling of the sales department building has begun in preparation for the start of construction work on the third section.
