First section: active facade work and glazing of the lower floors are ongoing, a subsystem is being installed for further installation of ceramic granite, insulation is being installed, and stucco is being performed. Installation of passenger elevators continues, and preparations are underway to begin installation of individual heating point equipment.
Section Two: installation of window structures on the upper floors is ongoing; the building perimeter is actively being glazed, and the installation of engineering systems has begun. The final layer of roof insulation has been completed. Façade works are starting.
Section Three: preparatory works for the construction of the grillage are ongoing and are at the final stage, including the relocation of engineering networks from the building footprint. The construction of the foundation for tower crane No. 3 is in progress.
