The construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence, which is being implemented by the development companies Bosphorus Development together with RIEL Real Estate Corporation, is progressing according to schedule.

In the first section, façade works and glazing are actively ongoing. Currently, about 85% of the window structures have been installed, and the installation of ceramic granite tiles on the building façade is continuing.

At the same time, lift commissioning works are nearing completion. Engineering systems are in the active installation phase — electrical wiring and fire protection systems are being installed. Floor screeding on the residential levels is also continuing.

In the second section, the installation of window structures is actively progressing — approximately 60% of the glazing area has been completed to date.

Works on the installation of engineering networks are underway, and façade works are also continuing, including the installation of the drainage system.

Commissioning works of the freight elevator are being finalized, while the installation of passenger elevators is ongoing. Floor screeding on the residential levels is also continuing.

At the third section construction site, tower crane No. 3 has been installed, which will accelerate the progress of further construction works.

Works are also being carried out to install the retaining wall fencing between the third section of the complex and the neighboring residential building. In parallel, pile head trimming to the design level is underway, which is an important stage in preparation for further structural construction.
