Ilker Ozbekliler brings over 20 years of experience in management, operations, and business development, having led multi-location structures primarily in Turkey and Ukraine. Throughout his career, he has assumed management responsibility for the operational, growth, and restructuring processes of international brands such as Ermenegildo Zegna, Tod’s, Bally, Armani Collezioni, and GAP. His leadership approach is centered on strategic planning, financial discipline, and sustainable growth.
As General Coordinator at Bosphorus Development, he oversees investment and development processes from strategic planning through execution and operational coordination. His responsibilities include strengthening corporate structures, managing financial planning and performance monitoring, maintaining stakeholder and investor relations, and translating growth strategies into operational execution.
He holds education in International Finance and is a graduate of Saint Benoit French High School. He speaks English, French, and Russian.
