On the occasion of Builder’s Day, Bosphorus Development received honorary awards from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU). Ahead of the professional holiday, representatives of the CBU Board of Directors honored Mehmet Vahit Sacaklioglu, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Bosphorus Development, with two awards.

For conscientious work, high professionalism, and a significant personal contribution to the development of the construction industry, Mehmet Vahit Sacaklioglu was presented with an Honorary Certificate.

The second recognition was the «Building the Country» Order — for a significant contribution to the reconstruction and development of Ukraine’s residential infrastructure.

For Bosphorus Development, these awards are of particular importance. Today, construction in Ukraine is about much more than creating new square meters. It is about trust in the country, a willingness to invest in its future, and responsibility for what Ukrainian cities will look like tomorrow.

One example of this approach is Maxima Residence, a large-scale business-class residential project in the center of Kyiv, which Bosphorus Development is implementing together with the established developer RIEL. The project is designed to create a modern residential environment that combines comfort, well-planned infrastructure, quality of the surroundings, and long-term value for its residents.

The CBU awards are not only professional recognition of initiatives already implemented. At the same time, they are confirmation of the importance of the consistent work of investors and developers who continue to develop the Ukrainian market and contribute to the country’s recovery even in challenging times.

«We perceive these awards as recognition not only of our personal work, but also of the contribution of the entire Bosphorus Development team and our partners. It is important for us to continue investing in Ukraine, creating high-quality residential projects, and being part of the development of Kyiv,» says Mehmet Vahit Sacaklioglu.
