On October 28, 2025, Bosphorus Development was officially accepted into the Ukrainian Association of Developers (UAD) – a leading association of market participants that promotes the development and restoration of Ukrainian cities, the formation of modern approaches to urban planning, and the raising of standards in the field of construction.
«The restoration and development of cities is a key task for the recovery of the Ukrainian economy and overcoming the colossal demographic crisis, which is deepening as a result of full-scale Russian aggression. This will be possible if Ukraine implements the best global approaches to regulating the development sector and urban development planning,» — noted Yevhen Favorov, head of the Ukrainian Association of Developers.
According to him, the Association was created as a platform for communication between business, the expert community, government agencies, and local governments to ensure transparency, efficiency, and sustainability of recovery processes.
