On July 30, the Ukrainian Investment Congress (UIC 2026) took place at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center in Kyiv. As one of the country’s leading events for the investment and real estate sectors, the Congress traditionally brings together business leaders, investors, architects, urban planners, and industry experts to discuss the future of Ukraine’s real estate market.

The event welcomed developers, investors, architects, public sector representatives, business owners, top executives, and professionals from related industries from across Ukraine.

Particular attention was given to panel discussions, including «The Anatomy of Trust: How to Sell a Development Product to Today’s Pragmatic Investor,» «Housing Market Analytics and Trends: Current Reality, Accessibility, and New Services,» and «Cities of the New Ukraine: Who Shapes the Rules of Development and What Will the Urban Environment of the Future Look Like?»

As a Special Partner of the Congress, Bosphorus Development implemented a series of brand awareness initiatives aimed at strengthening its presence among the professional audience. The company’s logo was prominently displayed on the main screen of the «Chasha» stage and featured in the official event invitations. In addition, Bosphorus Development was included in the official Congress Partners Catalogue.

As part of the event, Mehmet V. Sacaklioglu, Founder & Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bosphorus Development, was invited to participate in the press conference «You, Me, Society: Who Invests in Ukraine’s Future?», where he shared the company’s long-term vision for investing in Ukraine and highlighted the role of responsible business in the country’s recovery.

During his speech, he emphasized:

«Investing during wartime is, above all, about trust — trust in the country, its people, and the future we are building together.

Every new project is more than construction. It creates jobs, supports urban development, strengthens the economy, and contributes to Ukraine’s future.

We are not waiting for better times — we are working today because the foundation of tomorrow is being laid now. For Bosphorus Development, Ukraine is a country of tremendous opportunities. That is why we continue to invest, develop new projects, and remain an active part of its recovery.»

An important part of UIC 2026 was its networking program, which brought together business leaders, investors, developers, and public sector representatives. The event created valuable opportunities for meaningful dialogue, knowledge sharing, building professional partnerships, and discussing the future of investment and real estate development in Ukraine.

For Bosphorus Development, participation in events such as UIC 2026 reflects the company’s long-term commitment to Ukraine. Open dialogue, international cooperation, and investor confidence remain essential drivers of sustainable growth and the country’s successful recovery.
