2025 became a true test — and at the same time a year of strength, unity, and resilience.
Ukraine once again proved its unbreakable spirit, and business demonstrated its ability to adapt, take responsibility, and work for the future even under the most challenging conditions.
At the end of the year, we traditionally slow down to look back — at what has been done, endured, and withstood. Despite the war, power outages, and instability, we did not stop: we continued construction, expanded our horizons, invested in development, and most importantly — grew together with our team.
Construction and Development of Maxima Residence
In partnership with the systematic developer RIEL, throughout the year we confidently advanced the construction of the Maxima Residence residential complex in the prestigious Pechersk district of Kyiv. All construction works were carried out steadily and in full compliance with the approved schedule, confirming the project’s reliability and high development standards.
During the year, efforts were focused on key stages of project implementation: active construction of phases, engineering systems, and preparation for subsequent stages. In parallel, the project’s infrastructure component was developed, shaping a comfortable and functional business-class living environment in the heart of the capital.
Commercial and Marketing Development of Maxima Residence
An important milestone for the residential project included:
– the launch of parking space sales at Maxima Residence, which expanded the project’s investment attractiveness and met the needs of future residents;
– the start of sales for the third phase of the complex, which generated strong buyer interest thanks to its location, architectural concept, and well-thought-out layouts.
Throughout the year, a comprehensive marketing strategy was actively implemented: the brand’s presence was strengthened across media, digital channels, and image-building projects. A significant highlight was Maxima Residence’s participation in the YUNA National Music Awards, which emphasized the complex’s status, premium positioning, and brand recognition among a broad audience.
We continue to develop the concept of residential complexes with full-fledged infrastructure, focusing on long-term project value, resilience to the challenges of time, and the needs of future generations.
Professional Environment and Partnerships of Bosphorus Development
For Bosphorus Development, 2025 was a year of active growth, strengthening professional connections, and building strategic partnerships. The company was at the center of key industry events, consistently expanding its network of reliable partners and deepening cooperation with market leaders.
Thanks to its active presence in the professional community, in 2025 Bosphorus Development:
– participated in the Forbes Ukraine Conference 2025 «The Foundation of Success»;
– joined the IV Ukrainian Construction Congress dedicated to the country’s reconstruction;
– became an official partner of LUN Conference 2025;
– was admitted to the Ukrainian Developers Association;
– joined the partners of the Ukrainian Construction Award of the Year 2025.
These events served as platforms for experience exchange, international cooperation, and shaping the vision of the future of Ukrainian development.
Social Responsibility
This year marked an important chapter in our social initiatives, as our company became one of the key partners of a summer rehabilitation camp in Istanbul for 84 Ukrainian children affected by the war. The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, initiated by the Association of Spouses of Ukrainian Diplomats, and in cooperation with the Consulate General of Ukraine in Istanbul.
We also continued the tradition of giving gifts to children of the Ukrainian community in Türkiye on St. Nicholas Day, maintaining a sense of connection and warmth within the community even abroad.

Based on the year’s results, the company received several honorary awards:
– on the occasion of Builders’ Day 2025, Bosphorus Development was honored with distinctions from members of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU);
