The construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence, which is being implemented by the development companies Bosphorus Development together with System Developer RIEL, is progressing according to schedule.
Facade works and building glazing are ongoing in the first section. Currently, 97% of the window structures have been installed, while the facade is being clad with porcelain stoneware tiles. 50% of apartment entrance doors have been installed, 80% of engineering networks have been laid, and screed has been completed across 70% of the total area. Screed has been completed across 65% of the area. The installation of passenger elevators has been completed, and the installation of apartment entrance doors has begun.
In the third section, the grillage has been completed, and the construction of vertical and horizontal elements of the basement floor is nearing completion. The construction team has started erecting the vertical elements of the ground-floor level, as well as waterproofing the foundation and basement walls.
