The construction of the business-class residential complex Maxima Residence, which is being implemented by the development companies Bosphorus Development together with System Developer RIEL, is progressing according to schedule.
In the first section, façade works and window installation are progressing steadily. To date, 95% of the windows have been installed. Façade cladding with porcelain stoneware tiles is also ongoing. In addition, the installation of apartment entrance doors has begun, engineering systems are nearing completion, and floor screed works are in their final stage.

In the third section, the foundation raft beam (grillage) has been completed. Construction has now moved to the installation of the basement’s vertical structural elements.
Maxima Residence currently offers updated purchase terms. The minimum down payment starts from 30%, and a 5% base discount is already applied starting from this amount.
The remaining balance can be paid through a convenient installment plan available until the completion of construction works. Buyers who choose 100% payment receive a 5% discount on the total property value.
Additional discounts are available for military personnel, medical workers serving in combat zones, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and other eligible categories, subject to the presentation of the required supporting documents.
