On December 18, 2025, the Ukrainian Building Awards 2025 took place at the Hyatt Regency Kyiv hotel, where Bosphorus Development acted as a partner of the event.
During the event, the best representatives of the construction industry were recognized — companies that managed to withstand market challenges, support the economy, contribute to the country’s reconstruction, and shape the future of Ukrainian construction.
The event brought together more than 1,000 guests — representatives of government authorities and the banking system, developers, real estate developers, businesses (large, medium, and small), investment funds, and architects.
During the Ukrainian Building Awards 2025, companies were honored that, despite all challenges and threats, continue to operate, create jobs, and support the economy of Ukraine. These people and enterprises are forming the foundation of the country’s future reconstruction today.
Developers were recognized in such nominations as: Reliable Developer of the Year, Classical Architecture Developer of the Year, Leader in Smart and Sustainable Urban Development, Leader in Construction Scale, and others.
Bosphorus Development acted as a partner of the event, placing emphasis on supporting innovative ideas and professional dialogue in the development industry.
In order to strengthen brand recognition of Bosphorus Development during the Awards, a number of promotional activities were implemented:
- Placement of the company logo on the brand wall, the main stage screen, and the official event website;
- Placement of a branded roll-up in the photo zone — at the center of attention of guests and photographers;
- The main photo zone featuring our logo — guests gladly took commemorative photos there;
- Publication of information about the company in the official Partners’ Catalogue of the event.
Each guest had the opportunity to communicate with speakers, ask questions, and exchange contacts and ideas. This live networking became an important part of the event, stimulating cooperation and development.
