From Bosphorus Development and Riel Real Estate Corporation we report that the construction of the residential complex Maxima Residence continues according to plan.
First section: waterproofing and finishing of the roof have been completed, decorative elements on the roof have been installed. Installation of window blocks on the upper floors is underway, the ventilation system has been fully installed. Work is underway to equip the internal engineering networks, rainwater sewer risers and the shaft for the freight elevator. Facade work is underway in parallel.
Second section: installation of window structures on floors 14–16 continues, elevators are being installed. Masonry of ventilation ducts has been completed, work on roof waterproofing continues.
Third section: the excavation is being formed and preparatory work is being carried out for the construction of a monolithic foundation. In parallel, the restoration of landscaping on Konovalets Street is underway.
