From Bosphorus Development and Riel Real Estate Corporation we report that the construction of the residential complex Maxima Residence continues according to plan.
First section: glazing of the upper floors (17th and above) has been completed, installation of window structures on the lower floors is underway. Work is underway to lay internal engineering networks on the upper levels. 100% of the ventilation equipment has been installed on the roof. Active facade work continues. A freight elevator has been installed, and the arrangement of passenger elevators has begun.
Second section: installation of window structures on the upper floors continues. Roofing is 95% complete. Installation of utility risers and preparation for the start of facade work are ongoing.
Third section: preparatory work for installing the grillage is being completed.
