From Bosphorus Development and Riel Real Estate Corporation we report that the construction of the residential complex Maxima Residence continues.
In the first section, the monolithic frame has been completed, and the masonry of the external and internal walls is 75%. The installation of ventilation blocks and reinforced concrete stairs has been completed. Currently, preparatory work has begun for the installation of elevator equipment and the future installation of window structures. Preparations for the arrangement of the roof are also underway.
In the section area, foundation works for commercial premises are underway – the excavation has already been developed.
In the second section, the monolithic frame is almost completed, the masonry of the walls is 60%. The installation of engineering elements – ventilation units and staircases – is being completed. Measurements are being taken for the manufacture of windows, and work is also underway on the decorative elements of the end part of the building.
All monolithic works in the parking lot have been completed.
In addition, the arrangement of external engineering networks has begun in accordance with the technical conditions of Kyivvodokanal.
