This is a sufficient budget, the foresight of the manager, his ability to communicate with partners and state authorities, the ability to analyze competitors and see future projects as if they were already rising in the business centers of large cities. This is exactly the formula followed by the Turkish developer Bosphorus Development.

A few months before the start of the full-scale war, the company began construction of the Maxima Residence residential complex – its first project in Kyiv in partnership with the Ukrainian company RIEL. The Russian invasion adjusted the plans, but did not stop the work.
