In the special edition of Forbes Ukraine dated October 25, 2024, the issue «Who is who in Ukrainian business» will be released, which will become a real table book for market leaders. The publication will consist of 150-200 pages and will present the most influential heads of Ukrainian companies. One of the main characters of the issue will be the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Bosphorus Development, Mehmet V.Saçaklıoğlu.
In his interview, Mehmet V.Saçaklıoğlu talks in detail about the vector of business development in Ukraine, revealing the history of the foundation of Bosphorus Development and its key investment directions. The company is actively building its first project in Ukraine — Maxima Residence residential complex. According to Saçaklıoğlu, the company has several plots of land and is conducting negotiations regarding new projects. At the same time, Bosphorus Development plans not only to complete the existing projects in Ukraine, but also to implement world management and construction standards in the Ukrainian market.
Mehmet V.Saçaklıoğlu also emphasizes the company’s social responsibility, which is an important part of its strategy. Bosphorus Development actively supports the Ukrainian military, providing financial and material assistance in the form of cars, body armor, medicines and thermal imaging cameras. n addition, the company implements rehabilitation programs for children affected by the war, organizing excursions for them, such as a visit to the Istanbul Aquarium, which allows them to take their mind off the traumatic events.
The company also took part in the charity forum «Maystry dobra», organized by Forbes Ukraine to raise funds for the prosthetics of the Ukrainian military. After the shelling of the Ohmatdit Children’s Hospital, Bosphorus Development allocated funds for its restoration and continues to systematically support the Ukrainian community in Türkiye.
Thanks to such an active position, the company plans not only to develop on the Ukrainian market, but also to participate in the reconstruction and development of the country. Mehmet V.Saçaklıoğlu expressed his faith in the future of Ukraine: «Ukraine is a country of great potential, and we aspire to be a part of its revival and prosperity».
