On October 7, in Kyiv at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center, the first-ever LUN Conference 2025 took place — the largest event in Ukraine’s real estate market.
The conference served as a platform for bringing together leading developers, investors, over 800 real estate agencies and brokers, as well as architects, analysts, and industry experts — everyone shaping the market on a daily basis. Participants had the opportunity to discuss key trends, innovations, and prospects for the development of the residential real estate market in Ukraine.

The event brought together over 800 agencies and brokers, 300 developers, and more than 30 speakers who, over 9 hours, shared knowledge, analytics, and practical insights, concentrating on the main goal — the development of Ukraine’s real estate market. The program included interactive workshops and lectures on topics such as effective sales strategies, preparing investor arguments and financial calculations, home staging, and creating videos that sell.
