Results of the Bosphorus Development year: together to the goal, despite the challenges.
The year 2024 became a real challange for each of us. It was a time when Ukraine once again proved its strength, unity and indomitability. Bosphorus Development, despite all the difficulties, mobilized its resources to continue its contribution to the country’s development and reconstruction.
Projects and achievements:
During the year we:
- Continued the construction of the Maxima Residence residential complex in Pechersk — a space where comfort and modernity are combined with coziness.
- The Maxima Residence residential complex was advertised on the image page of Forbes Ukraine magazine, which strengthened the company’s reputation.
- On October 1, 2024, Bosphorus Development became part of the Board of Directors of the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine, joining forces with leading market players.
- Supported the sporting spirit by organizing advertising activity at the 2024/25 Champions League match between Dynamo Kyiv and Rangers in Lublin.
- Participated in the special issue of Forbes Ukraine «Who is who in Ukrainian business», which became a reference point for market leaders.
Social initiatives:
This year was also a year of significant social steps for us:
- On the day of mourning, July 9, we expressed our condolences to the families of victims of massive shelling and contributed to the «Tabletochki» fund, supporting the children.
- Became an official partner of the «Masters of Good» forum from Forbes Ukraine. Thanks to our financial assistance, the rehabilitation of defenders in the Superhumans and Unbroken centers was ensured.
- Provide 12 grants for IDP children in cooperation with Deeds4Kids.
- Continued the tradition of giving gifts to the children of the Ukrainian community in Türkiye until Saint Nicholas Day.
Stability and responsibility:
We saved jobs for our employees and steadily paid taxes, supporting the economic potential of Ukraine and the joint struggle for Ukrainian Victory.
